The following poem was written in the aftermath of the riots ignited by George Floyd's death.

Seriously, What Would Jesus Do
Are His Moves Reflected through YOU
He was Talked About yet Still Moved On
He Was Ignored because He wasn’t the Norm
His Only Defense was that He Never Argued
While His Ways Agreed with Life Saving Truth
The Day came when He was Crucified
Many Crucial Acts Occured Before He Died
He was Falsy Accused Just like today
When A Person of Color Gets in THEIR Way
He Was Beaten Beyond a Dog to an Unrecognizable Pulp
Only the Helpless and those with a Heart Yelled ‘STOP’

He was the ONLY Man that could take the Hate
Knowing He was Going to Die, His Only Fate
But He Allowed HIS Life to Go
Just So You and I Would KNOW
That There is a Method To All of This Maddness
Revealing a Final Destination without Eternal Saddness

Yes, We Protest and March and Show Our Concerns
But Not By Looting and Other Businesses we Burn
That Day Is Coming When you will Draw Your Last Breath
Will Your Last Acts Show Others Love or Selfish Regrets

Be Careful Christians You Followers of This Faith
Rethink Your Actions and Powerfully Find Another Way...

P.S. Keep Praying and Allow the Power of God To Show Itself.
Prayer Does Work If you At Least Consult it First. What Would Jesus Do.

I Bring You Peace.
